TS machine has a central headstock with a very robust cast iron structure suitable for large components machining.

This machine concept with the rotary table incorporated, allows the machining of extra big parts of up to 6000 mm long and 3700 mm high, with loads up to 50.000 kg meaning a very important saving in investment, compared to a floor type boring-mill.

The guides are large and prismatic, hardened and ground, with counterguides in special antifriction material, SKC.

TS5 models in addition to antifriction material, have combined guiding with roller runners that ensure a high positioning accuracy as well as lack of vibrations and stick-slip, in X-Y-Z axes.

The headstock is centered in the column, with box guides in the front and linear guides in the rear side, achieving a perfectly guided assembly, capable of withstanding the more demanding cutting operations without any vibration even in the toughest conditions.

Continuous development in new accessories and its adaptation, has come out in a machining centre with extraordinary high performance, accuracy and heavy duty cutting capacity.

Tool magazine, pallet changer, pick-up magazine, automatic heads, facing heads, probes, etc are more and more demanded accessories, turning this machine into a high production-multitask centre and cutting down drastically the preparation, set up and machining time.
