JIH-I M-type machining center is particularly well designed for longer workpieces where easy machining can be made. particularly suitable for boring and tapping as well as for easy to hard milling in steel.
Machine Features
1. Choice of working lengths: 3.5, 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5 meters.
2. It is available for each short - scale multiple processing & long - scale processing.
3. Traveling column features high positioning accuracy.
4. The column longitudinal traverse, x-axis, is driven through servomotor combined with gear/rack transmission.
5. Y / Z axis traverse are driven through servomotor combined with ball screws.
6. High precision linear guide ways on three axes assure fast and smooth movements.
7. 12-tool magazine is standards equipment.
8. Air clamps for workpieces.(vises are option)
9. Chipconveyor can be equipped providing convenient chip handling.
